The burger is mid in the sense it’s just dense oily meaty and fatty, all good things to look at by extension of the average consumer but really to enjoy this you need variety.
I’m an ex professional chef and burgers are a very controversial topic, but here’s my 2 cents.
This burger is probably good, I imagine it’s meaty, has good flavour, and gives that nice fatty feeling, but I can also see that the bun is soggy, and there is little to no salad, meaning there is no variety or texture or flavour profiles.
As a general rule, variety gives expansion to flavour and texture: To appreciate salt, you need bland, to appreciate fatty, you need fatless, to appreciate crispy you need soft and to appreciate hot you need cold. Having variety of textures, temperatures and such will create a more profound flavour profile and will give a higher level of enjoyment, generally.
A toasted bun and some salad, would make the meat taste meatier, the fat feel fattier, and will stop the bun from going as soggy, giving a little crunch (aswell as the crunch of fresh lettuce and tomato) to make the soft interior of the bread and burger mince feel softer and juicier.
This burger is probably nice, but it’s not decent food porn imho, as it could be much much better.
